Because you’re an EAA Student Member, you have access to flight training and college scholarships through EAA! These scholarships are underwritten by donors who want to help you achieve your dream and become a pilot.

In addition to our flight training and Air Academy scholarships our annual college scholarships help outstanding students, who demonstrate financial need, to accomplish their aviation goals.

I’m serious about learning to fly, what do you have for me?

Once you complete Part 1 and Part 2 of the Sporty’s program, you are eligible to apply for these scholarships. Rolls-Royce and the Harrison Ford scholarships want to help young pilots achieve their dreams of flight. That’s why we are awarding monthly a $1,500 flight award to attend a qualified flight school of your choice.
In addition to the flight awards several scholarships in the amount of $7,500 are available towards flight training to earn their private pilot certificate at a qualified flight school of the your choice.
